في أعقاب الثورة السورية، واجهت سوريا تحديات كبيرة في عملية الانتقال السياسي. منذ بداية الثورة في عام 2011، شهدت البلاد صراعاً مستمراً وانقساماً داخلياً يعمق الأزمة السياسية والاقتصادية التي تعاني منها. العنف المستمر والتدخل الخارجي أدى إلى تدهور الوضع الإنساني وزاد من تعقيدات العملية السياسية.
تشمل التحديات الرئيسية في عملية الانتقال السياسي في سوريا على الأقلاء التالية:
١. تقسيم المجتمع: انقسام المجتمع السوري نتيجة الصراع المستمر وتداعياته يعيق جهود بناء حوار وطني شامل للوصول إلى توافق سياسي.
٢. غياب المؤسسات: تدمير البنية التحتية وتفكك المؤسسات الحكومية يجعل من الصعب تنفيذ أي عملية انتقالية ناجحة.

رغم تلك التحديات الكبيرة، يجب على الأطراف المعنية داخل وخارج سوريا، التعاون والتفاوض من أجل إيجاد حل سياسي شامل ودائم ينهي النزاع ويوفر الأمن والاستقرار للشعب السوري. تحتاج سوريا إلى دعم دولي كبير لإعادة بناء مؤسساتها وتعزيز الجهود الإنسانية لمساعدة النازحين واللاجئين على العودة وبناء مستقبل أفضل للبلاد وشعبها.
